Hollander Financial is dedicated to providing competitive mortgage loans to a broad range of borrowers, including those who may have had some difficulty in obtaining mortgage loans in the past. We are proud to have the opportunity to help thousands of borrowers achieve their financial goals, including the dream of homeownership. We recognize that with this opportunity comes an important responsibility, to ensure that we provide our loans in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. We work very hard to live up to this responsibility, but we do more than the required minimum. With these Customer Service and Fair Lending Initiatives, we are demonstrating our dedication to being in the forefront of the mortgage lending industry in serving our customers.

The Initiatives below are divided into two main sections, Customer Service and Fair Lending. This division into two sections is mainly for clarity and simplicity in the presentation of our Initiatives. At Hollander Financial, we recognize that Customer Service and Fair Lending are deeply intertwined. We know that if we deliver superior performance in both areas, we will achieve our mission of providing effective and efficient financial solutions that exceed our customers' expectations. Adoption and implementation of these Initiatives is a voluntary step by Hollander Financial. In one instance, indicated by text below in brackets, it is still a work in progress.
