Founded in Claremont, California in 1993 by John and Mark Hollander, Hollander Financial Holding Inc. has grown into one of the premier mortgage lenders in the Nation. Our mission is to provide our clients with a broader range of real estate and lending options. The principals of Hollander Financial Holding Inc. opened American Financial Services and American Realty in 1991 and developed it into one of the largest financial companies in Southern California. Hollander Financial Holding Inc. now includes companies specializing in real estate development, purchasing, listing, loan origination, and wholesale lending, as well as construction, commercial, and development financing. The Hollander’s have been doing business in and around the United States for over thirty years.

Hollander Financial Holding Inc.’s retail lending division (in California doing business as American Financial Services) is staffed with seasoned mortgage consultants with decades of lending experience. Our programs are designed to cover all of our customer’s lending needs. Our consultants are trained to find the best financing option, with no pressure, for our clients. American Financial Services Wholesale Lending Division is the brightest star within Hollander Financial Holding Inc.

With American Financial Services and American Realty leading the way Hollander Financial Holding Inc. originates in excess of $250 million in mortgage and $50 million in real estate transactions annually.

In early 2000 Hollander Financial Holding Inc. expanded its lending capacity to do business nationwide.

The newest addition to Hollander Financial Holding Inc.’s business ventures is development. In early 1998 we started a development company. In 2008 we are in various stages of construction and completion of over 210 homes.
