Mark Hollander, President
A 20-year veteran of the mortgage industry, Mark opened Hollander Financial Holding Inc. in 1993. He is the qualifying or approved party for all of the states that Hollander does business in. He is a FHA/HUD Direct Endorsement Underwriter. His responsibilities include manager, loan officer, and trainer. Mark has been hired to train other mortgage company’s loan officers and has given speeches at numerous mortgage industry events. Mark’s real enjoyment comes from helping his clients find the right program to match their individual set of needs. Mark’s philosophy is the sky isn’t the limit it’s the starting point.
John Hollander, Secretary and General Sales Manager
A 25 year veteran of the real estate and mortgage business John has been an innovator in buying and selling real estate. He is a partner in Hollander Financial Holding. He is in charge of business development for Hollander. A skilled negotiator, John has proven throughout his career his dedication to making the right deal for his clients. Whether they are seasoned investors or 1st time home buyers he treats everyone with the same commitment. John always does business with a smile on his face.
Amy Prince, Controller
In her 15 years at Hollander Financial Holding Amy has taken on many roles. She is in charge of all accounting and loan funding that takes place at the company. No stranger to multi-tasking Amy has taken on the role of compliance coordinator as well. With her team she handles all state and HUD Audits as well as making sure that Hollander stays compliant with all the existing and new law changes. Amy is dedicated to helping everyone find the right solution to their issue.
Stefenee Hilton, National Sales Manager
During her 14 years at Hollander Financial Stefenee started as a receptionist and worked in every facet of the company. From sales, to underwriting, processing, and funding, Stefenee has done it all, she understands how to make a deal work. Stefenee’s primary focus is national retail lead origination. Her team members are taught from the initial hire date that customer service is number one. In fact she puts a mirror on everyone’s desk to make sure that they smile during phone calls.
Nick Martinez, Operations Manager
Nick has been at Hollander Financial since the beginning of the company. He is a 18 year Mortgage business veteran. When it comes to mortgage banking Nick has done it all. He is a FHA/HUD Direct endorsement underwriter but has been a Sales manager as well. He understands what it takes to make a deal and prides himself on keeping a team in operations that is committed to doing good business. Customer service is his team’s priority. Nick has a can do positive attitude.
Art Caccatori, Director of Marketing
Art is a 10 year mortgage industry veteran who strives to make sure all of his clients receive the best deal that they possibly can. Art has been an account executive, processor and underwriter. Since coming over to Hollander Financial his primary focus has been to make his region the most profitable in the company. His broad network of real estate agents, title representatives, attorneys and CPA’s have afforded him the opportunity to achieve his goal. Art is an asset to any transaction that he comes in contact with.
